In Yokohama, the President of the Republic received Mrs. Cindy McCain, Executive Director of the World Food Programme (WFP), accompanied by a delegation. During the discussions, both parties praised the quality of the partnership between Senegal and the WFP and reaffirmed their shared commitment to strengthening it, particularly through: • the development of the school feeding program; • the empowerment of women; • access to water, to ensure effective and sustainable food security. This meeting reflects the commitment of Senegal and the WFP to work together for inclusive and equitable development.
