The President of the Republic is expected in Conakry for the swearing-in ceremony of the President-elect of Guinea.

Having returned late last night from his visit to the Middle East, the President of the Republic is traveling to Conakry to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the President-elect of the Republic of Guinea, General Mamadi Doumbouya.

This visit reflects the importance Senegal attaches to strengthening the fraternal relations between the two countries, based on mutual respect, dialogue, and sustainable cooperation in the service of the Senegalese and Guinean peoples.
