The President of the Republic arrived today at Cap Skirring Airport, marking the start of an economic tour of the regions of Ziguinchor and Sédhiou, scheduled to take place from 20 to 25 December.
This tour will provide the Head of State with an opportunity to meet with economic stakeholders, administrative and local authorities, as well as local communities, in order to assess the territories’ potential, identify constraints, and initiate concrete responses to the expectations expressed.
Through this field immersion, the President of the Republic reaffirms his commitment to promoting balanced territorial development, based on the enhancement of local resources, job creation, and the strengthening of the regional economy, in line with the guidelines of Vision Senegal 2050.
