The President of the Republic received, on Friday, a delegation from the MAVAMAR Industries Group, led by its President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Souleymane Ndoye.
The meeting focused on the refinery established in Sendou, a major industrial project that will be inaugurated by the Head of State next week. The plant will have a production capacity of 600 tons of edible oils per day, representing a total investment of 60 billion CFA francs, and is expected to generate numerous jobs.
Through this structuring project, the State reaffirms its commitment to supporting industrialization, local processing, and the strengthening of food sovereignty, while promoting productive investment and employment.
