The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, performed the Eid al-Adha (Tabaski) prayer this morning at the Great Mosque of Dakar, in the presence of the Imam Ratib, religious authorities, and a large crowd of worshippers.
Following the prayer, the Head of State expressed wishes for peace, stability, and national unity, extending his respectful greetings to all religious and traditional leaders of Senegal.
The President also congratulated the Government, as well as the breeders and transporters, whose professionalism and collective efforts ensured a satisfactory supply of sheep across the entire national territory.
May the spirit of solidarity and fraternity, which enriches this blessed celebration, continue to inspire all Senegalese in their diversity.
