At the heart of these agreements is the Senegal–Spain Sustainable Development Partnership Framework 2026–2030, which opens a new phase of cooperation focused on delivering concrete results.

The other agreements notably cover:

• Cooperation in maritime fisheries and the fight against illegal fishing;

• Tourism;

• The promotion of trade relations and investment;

• The enhancement of underwater cultural heritage.

Through this coherent set of commitments, the President of the Republic consolidates the achievements already made, expands the areas of cooperation, and firmly positions Senegal within a dynamic of high-impact strategic partnerships, directly benefiting its economic and social development.
