This afternoon, at the Presidential Palace, the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, officially presented the national flag to our brave Lions, who are departing for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Through this highly symbolic gesture, the Head of State conveyed the voice, trust, and hope of the entire nation, reminding everyone that each Lion stepping onto the field will carry with them the honor, unity, and pride of Senegal.
In a spirit of national solidarity, the President reaffirmed the nation’s full support for its national team, called upon to defend our colors with courage, determination, and ambition.
