The President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, received on Thursday Mr. Moussa Saleh Batraki, Secretary-General of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), for an audience.
The discussions focused on the organization’s progress review as well as on the reforms undertaken to strengthen its role in promoting cooperation and development among its member countries.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss prospects for partnership among OACPS member states, as well as ways to strengthen cooperation with the European Union through existing dialogue and collaboration mechanisms.
