The President of the Republic, His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye, held a meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025, with a delegation from the Chinese group Ansola S.A., specializing in the development of renewable energy.
Present in Dakar as part of its project to establish operations in Senegal, the company plans an initial investment of over 70 million dollars for the first phase of its activities.
At the end of the meeting, the CEO, Mr. Tom Lee, explained that this strategic choice is motivated by Senegal’s political stability, as well as the secure and trustworthy environment the country offers to international investors.
