The President of the Republic, His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye, received this Wednesday, at the Presidential Palace, Mrs. Christel Heydemann, Chief Executive Officer of the Orange Group.
This meeting followed the participation of Sonatel Group, a strategic partner of Senegal, in the 2nd edition of the Invest in Senegal Forum. On this occasion, the group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the technological New Deal initiated by the Head of State.
Mrs. Heydemann highlighted Orange Group’s determination to strengthen connectivity across the national territory and to implement a high-speed broadband strategy in support of development. She also emphasized the importance of digital technology in transforming key sectors such as education, training, public administration modernization, and business efficiency.
