On the sidelines of the 2nd edition of the Invest in Senegal Forum (FII Senegal), the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, held a series of meetings with several high-ranking dignitaries who came to participate in this major economic and diplomatic event.
Among the guests received by the Head of State were:

Mr. Paul Mashatile, Vice President of the Republic of South Africa;

Mr. Rimtalba Jean Ouédraogo, Prime Minister of Burkina Faso;

Mr. Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine, Prime Minister of the Republic of Niger;

Mr. Khalid Al Falih, Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Forum’s guest of honor;

Mr. Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Morocco;

Mr. Wamkele Mene, Secretary-General of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
These meetings provided an opportunity to strengthen relations and economic cooperation between Senegal and its partners, in line with the priorities of Senegal Vision 2050, which places economic sovereignty, innovation, and African cooperation at the heart of its development strategy.
The Invest in Senegal Forum thus reaffirms itself as a high-level platform for dialogue and partnership, where the contours of a confident, productive, and globally engaged Africa are being drawn.
