At the invitation of His Excellency Mr. Umaro Sissoco Embaló, President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, President of the Republic of Senegal, left Dakar this morning for Bissau, where he will conduct a state visit on Monday, May 26, and Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
This visit is part of efforts to strengthen cooperation and good neighborly relations between the Republic of Senegal and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.
The visit’s program includes, among other things, discussions between the two heads of state, as well as meetings between the official delegations of both countries.
