Following the official proclamation on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, of the final results of the legislative elections held on November 17, 2024, by the Constitutional Council, the President of the Republic signed Decree No. 2024-3290 on November 28, 2024, setting Monday, December 2, 2024, as the date for the opening of the first ordinary session of the newly elected National Assembly.
