Opening Ceremony of the Conference of Senegal’s Ambassadors and Consuls General.

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye, will preside over the opening ceremony of the Conference of Senegal’s Ambassadors and Consuls General, to be held on April 18 and 19, 2026, at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Center (CICAD) in Diamniadio.

This meeting, which will bring together all heads of Senegal’s diplomatic and consular missions, will focus on strengthening the effectiveness and coherence of Senegal’s foreign policy, as well as modernizing the diplomatic and consular network in response to new international challenges.
