The President of the Republic began the final day of his official visit to Madrid by successively receiving the executives of Quantum Solutions, the Indra Group, as well as a delegation from the Fuerteventura Chamber of Commerce.
These meetings are part of a broader effort to strengthen economic relations between Senegal and Spain, notably within the framework of the Alliance Africa Avanza, which promotes the development of strategic partnerships and bilateral investment.
With Quantum Solutions, a firm specializing in strategic consulting and complex project engineering, discussions focused on the flagship project to rebuild the Aristide Le Dantec Hospital, with the ambition of providing Senegal with a modern healthcare infrastructure that meets international standards.
With the Indra Group, a European leader in defense technologies, transport systems, and digital transformation, talks centered on high-impact projects, notably the development of the AIBD Hub Connect aimed at positioning Senegal as a regional hub for air connectivity, as well as on advanced solutions in defense and security systems.
Finally, the meeting with the Fuerteventura Chamber of Commerce provided an opportunity to explore concrete avenues for territorial cooperation, particularly in the fields of tourism, trade, and investment, while also highlighting the role of the Senegalese diaspora.
Through these engagements, the President of the Republic reaffirmed a clear direction: to mobilize leading partners, accelerate the implementation of structuring projects, and enhance Senegal’s attractiveness in high-potential strategic sectors.
