Agenda - 2026 June 21
The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, will undertake an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany from 21 to 23 June 2026, at the invitation of His Excellency Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Federal President of Germany, and Mr. Friedrich Merz, Federal Chancellor.
This visit will provide an opportunity to further strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Senegal and Germany, as well as to deepen discussions on issues of mutual interest, particularly in the areas of economic, industrial, energy, and vocational training cooperation.
