The President of the Republic will travel to Doha, Qatar, to attend the funeral of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, former Emir of the State of Qatar and father of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.
