As is customary during each of his international visits, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, met on Tuesday evening with the Senegalese community residing in Spain.
This friendly and fraternal meeting provided an opportunity for direct dialogue, mutual listening, and sharing, in a spirit of closeness and responsibility.
The Head of State praised the commitment of our compatriots living abroad, who actively contribute to Senegal’s progress. He highlighted their central role in the dynamic of national transformation and reaffirmed his commitment to building a relationship with them based on recognition, participation, and protection.
