On the sidelines of his participation in the 7th European Union – African Union Summit, the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, met with the Senegalese community established in Angola.
This meeting provided an opportunity to discuss their concerns, their working and living conditions, as well as their initiatives contributing to Senegal’s development.
The Head of State commended their commitment, reiterated the central role of the diaspora in national priorities, and reaffirmed the Government’s determination to strengthen support and protection mechanisms for our compatriots abroad.
