The digital platform JUBBANTI, accessible at https://jubbanti.sec.gouv.sn/, was officially launched this Friday afternoon during a press conference held at the Mamadou Dia Administrative Building.
This innovative initiative creates a unique space for citizens, whether residing in Senegal or in the diaspora, to share their ideas and contributions as part of the National Dialogue on the political system, scheduled for May 28, 2025, and to be chaired by the Head of State.
JUBBANTI serves as a centralized tool where Senegalese citizens can access the Terms of Reference (TOR) detailing the context and objectives of this National Dialogue. Why engage in these discussions on the political system? What challenges need to be addressed? These answers are made available to all. Furthermore, the platform allows each user to submit their own proposals, fostering a participatory approach.
The launch of this dialogue platform reflects the commitment of the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, to promote transparency and inclusivity in public governance. This tool thus becomes a key lever for encouraging open governance and active participation from all citizens.
