As he does during each of his visits abroad, the President of the Republic made a point of meeting with the Senegalese community living in Germany.
This gathering, which has become a regular feature of his official travels, reflects the attention the Head of State gives to his fellow citizens in the diaspora. Though far from home, they remain an integral part of the nation through their work, their contribution to the national economy, and the strong ties they maintain with their homeland.
The President engaged in discussions with members of the community, listened to their concerns, and reaffirmed the important role the diaspora plays in the Senegal Vision 2050 agenda. This includes improving the quality of consular services, protecting their rights, and creating the conditions for stronger engagement in the country's development.
This consistent proximity reflects a simple conviction: wherever a Senegalese citizen may be, they remain at the heart of the Nation’s concerns, and the State stands by their side.
