He successively received Mr. Hassoum Cessay, Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of The Gambia; Mr. Cheikh Tidiane Sall, Ambassador of Senegal to Qatar; Mr. Abdou Lahad Mbacké, former Ambassador of Senegal to Kuwait; and Mr. Michael Raynor, Ambassador of the United States of America.
These exchanges provided an opportunity to address issues of mutual interest, strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation, and reaffirm Senegal’s steadfast commitment to diplomacy grounded in dialogue, trust, and respect for strategic partnerships.
Through this dynamic, the Head of State underscores the central role of diplomacy in public action and Senegal’s determination to remain an engaged, open, and responsible actor on the regional and international stage.
