Conference of the African Union on Education, Youth, and Employability

President Bassirou Diomaye Faye is expected in Nouakchott, Mauritania, on December 10 to participate in the African Union Conference on Education, Youth, and Employability, taking place from December 10 to 12, 2024.

This event, co-organized by the African Union and UNICEF, will bring together heads of state, ministers, and experts to discuss the necessary educational reforms in Africa. Under the theme "Educating and Qualifying Africa for the 21st Century," this conference aims to improve access to quality education and strengthen African educational systems.
