After the stop in Tanaff, the President of the Republic continued his tour in Goudomp with a visit to the military field hospital, established under the Army–Nation concept, before heading to the village of Sengher Diola, where an elementary school has been built as part of the Diomaye Plan for Casamance.
In Goudomp, the visit provided an opportunity for the Head of State to announce the forthcoming construction of a Level 4 hospital in the southern part of the country, aimed at sustainably strengthening the supply of specialized healthcare services and improving medical care for the population.

The President of the Republic also commended healthcare personnel for their remarkable performance and medical achievements, particularly in advanced fields such as transplants and grafts, reflecting the level of excellence attained by the national healthcare system.
By bringing healthcare and education closer to citizens, the State reaffirms its presence, strengthens the dignity of territories, and concretely translates its vision of more equitable and inclusive development for Casamance.
