Bassirou Diomaye Faye, President of the Republic of Senegal, departed Dakar this morning for Nairobi, where he will take part in the “Africa Forward” Summit until May 13.
This meeting, which inaugurates a new format of dialogue between Africa and France, will bring together Heads of State, financial institutions, and economic stakeholders to discuss the major challenges facing the continent.
At the summit, Senegal will carry the voice of an Africa that is demanding greater commitment to the financing of its development, peace, and the sovereignty of its choices.
