His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, President of the Republic of Senegal, arrived on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in Abuja, the capital of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where he was received with honors in the early afternoon.
This visit is part of the 67th Ordinary Session of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), scheduled for Sunday, June 22, 2025.
The Head of State will participate in discussions alongside his counterparts to strengthen regional cooperation and work towards stability, sustainable development, and the integration of the peoples of the ECOWAS region.
