The President of the Republic welcomed, this afternoon in Dakar, His Excellency Julius Maada Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone and current Chair of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of ECOWAS.
The Sierra Leonean Head of State is in the Senegalese capital to take part in the 10th edition of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa, a major platform for reflection and dialogue on the continent’s security, strategic, and peace-related challenges.
