The Presidency answers your questions - Youth employment: Issues at stake and outlook
This month, for this session of “The Presidency answers your questions”, we invited you to ask anything you wish about the topic of youth employment. The President of the Republic was very clear in his message to the Nation: “Along with education and training, youth employment remains a priority nationwide. It is the focus of the new initiative for integration into the workplace, endowed with a National Fund for Fast-Track Entrepreneurship”. The FCFA 30 billion dedicated to self-employment for youth and women, are aimed at working alongside and supporting the endeavours of the self-employed and small entrepreneurs. A very large number of you submitted questions and we want to thank you. Below are the main questions that were addressed to us and the responses we provided.
